Project description

Price-accessible flats in Vrchovina should also be acceptable for inhabitants of a smaller town‘s outskirts where building a small family house is quite cheap. This took us to reasoning how the value of individual housing may be joined with living in a residential house. The main theme of a group of five residential houses thus becomes the account over what a residential house may offer to its user compared with a family house and, on the contrary, which advantages of individual housing could offer a residential house. Searching for proportions of a house, semi-closed areas, borders of the public and private space.
