Project description
Due to the relief of the Vltava river basin, we ruled out any structures above the bridge deck and designed a hybrid structure of a hanging truss with one pillar and end cantilevers. In this case, the natural scene of slopes along the river has to be disturbed even less than the river; the only pillar positioned outside the trunk stream does not frame the pillars on the bank and leaves the major link of the slope with the link to the river undisturbed.
